吕仲琪，博士，中国石油大学（北京）信息学院副阐扬，征询标的为推选系统、挪动学习。2017年在香港科技大学取得本科、硕士、博士学位；自2018年起在北京大学软微学院兼任特聘硕士生导师；自2022年起在香港华文大学（深圳）兼任校外本科生导师。在AAAI、IJCAI、SDM等外洋会议发表学术论文十余篇，被援用千余次；已取得授权专利三件；主握省级以上课题两个。
